What happens if a product is missing from my delivery?

You will need to submit a request by sending us an email at sales@igit.co.za or contacting us on 043 555 1111 and provide us with your order number.

Confirm which item/s is missing in your delivery you received. One of our friendly staff will contact you and assist you ASAP when we have all the info we need.

What is your delivery fee?

Shipping costs R85 for orders up to the value of R499.00 (inc. VAT)

Free delivery is available on orders over R500.00 (inc. VAT).

Can I collect my order from Independent Technologies?

Yes, we have a full retail store.

Are you open on Sunday?

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 08h00 - 17h00 and Saturday, 09h00 - 12h00.

We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Is it possible for you source products not listed on your website?

Yes, we have access to an extensive supplier network. Please contact us on 043 555 1111 or email sales@igit.co.za and let us know what you are looking for.

What payment methods do you accept?

For online orders, we accept EFT and bank deposits.  In-store we accept cash , EFTs and credit or debit card payments (we do not accept Diners cards or American express).
